We also provide maintenance and storage services for (C)CTLFs at our 30.000sqft location in New Iberia. The operational reliability of the indoors stored equipment improves and the location offers a variety of facilities like a wash bay, sump and waste water recycling treatment, and indoor overhead cranes with a 80T lifting capacity.
DGI’s Coil Tubing Lift Frame (CTLF) assembly is engineered to serve as a rigid structure to carry all of the components necessary to perform well work-over operations. The lower CTLF assembly components (winch, injector head table, davit crane, etc.) are manually actuated and monitored from the associated HPU and remote control console.
Our Compensated Coil Tubing Lift Frame (CCTLF) system is engineered to add redundancy to active heave compensation systems by providing passive heave compensation for subsea equipment deployed from a drillship. It is typically used with coiled tubing equipment, but may be used with wire line and other equipment as well. The CCTLF uses pressurised air to generate the pulling force needed to keep the lower frame and landing string under tension. Power and control components are included in the CCTLF.
The In-Line Compensator is engineered to add redundancy to active heave compensation systems by providing passive heave compensation for subsea equipment deployed from a drill ship. It is typically used with coiled tubing equipment but may be used with wireline and other equipment as well. When needed, the In-Line Compensator is hung from the derrick’s top drive while the wireline yoke hanger is connected to the elevator above the flow head of the landing string. An adapter can be provided to hang a lower frame with injector table from the In-Line Compensator. A single cylinder allows the compensator and top drive to move up and down with the ship while the lower frame and landing string are connected to the well head and kept under a constant tension.
